Prior to forming Avalon Global, Ms. Kukacka was a Portfolio Manager at Montgomery Asset Management. She began her career there in 1995 as a Senior Analyst, where she was responsible for global equity research in the consumer non-durables, consumer services, and healthcare-related sectors, as well as managing a number of global equity portfolios and hedge funds. Prior to joining Montgomery, Ms. Kukacka worked at CS First Boston Investment (1994 to 1995), where she was an equity research analyst covering the consumer cyclical and non-durable sectors. Before that, she was an Equity Research Analyst at Dresdner RCM Capital Management (1990 to 1994), providing fundamental-based analysis for more than $12 billion in equity investments. Ms. Kukacka holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with minors in Chemistry and Biology from Bucknell University.

Mr. Christian joined Avalon Global as Partner in March 2013. He serves as the firm's Chief Risk Officer and Head of Trading. Prior to joining Avalon, he was as a Managing Director and Head of West Coast Equity and Equity Derivative Sales at Credit Suisse Securities (2007 to 2012). Prior to joining Credit Suisse, he was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley in charge of the Western Region in the equity derivative sales group (2004 to 2007). Mr. Christian began his career in 1997 as a market maker on the Chicago Board Options Exchange with Knight Trading. He was subsequently transferred to the Pacific Coast Options Exchange, where he served as a specialist and risk manager. Mr. Christian received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Colorado.

Ms. Kitt joined Avalon Global in October 2016. Prior to Avalon, she was an Analyst at Entermedia Growth Partners, diversifying their fund into more consumer-oriented stocks. Ms. Kitt began her career in 1986 at T. Rowe Price, advancing to the position of Assistant Vice President in the Equity Research division. During her 8-year tenure there, she was a Small-Cap Growth Analyst and a Research Analyst covering educational publishing and toy companies. Ms. Kitt then joined Federated Kaufmann Fund (1996 to 2001) as a Senior Analyst, where she followed consumer aggressive growth companies and media. Next, she joined Sigma Capital Management (2002 to 2006), managing a hedged consumer portfolio. After that, she managed personal and family funds and provided research consulting services to other hedge funds. Ms. Kitt holds a Master's degree in Finance from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Pennsylvania State University.
